Two things are billed separately, and keeping them straight avoids most billing confusion:

Your subscription

Recurring. Covers seats and which features your team can use.

Transcription packages

One-off top-ups of meeting minutes, bought as needed and independent of your plan.
For current plans and prices, see the pricing page — it’s the live source, so this page deliberately doesn’t repeat numbers that would go stale.

Buying more transcription minutes

Go to Meetings packages and buy a package, or Leads → Minutes to buy a minute bundle. See Transcription for the difference between the two. This tops up your pool without changing your subscription, which is what you want when one busy conference season is an exception rather than a new baseline. Check Insights → Members first to see where minutes are actually going. Sometimes the fix is recording fewer thirty-second booth chats rather than buying more.

How minutes are pooled

On a team plan, transcription minutes are a shared company pool. Every member draws from the same bucket, so one person can consume the team’s allowance. See Plans and limits.

Changing plans

New features become available immediately.
Features above your new plan stop being available. Team features are hidden rather than disabled, so whole sections of navigation can disappear — that’s the plan boundary, not a fault.Your captured data isn’t deleted by a downgrade. Export anything you rely on before downgrading, since the screens you use to reach it may no longer be there.
Usage is recorded in an append-only log, so historical totals survive plan changes and billing-cycle rollovers.

Invoices and payment

Manage payment details and download invoices from the billing section in Tap Teams. Company admins only.

Getting help

For anything the billing screen can’t answer — a refund, a disputed charge, a custom plan — contact support. Include your company name and the invoice or charge date.
