More than one profile
You can hold several profiles and switch which one is active. The active profile is what gets shared.Different roles
One profile for your main role, another for a side responsibility or a second brand you represent.
Different events
An event-specific profile with a relevant booking link and conference branding, retired afterwards.
Different audiences
A sales profile leading with a demo link; a recruiting profile leading with the careers page.
Different languages
A profile in the local language for regional events.
Editing your profile
Edit the fields your department allows. Locked fields still appear on your profile — you just can’t change them, because an admin set them centrally. Contact details sit on their own tab. Alongside your mobile number and email, you can add a landline and a fax number. Both are optional.Views and taps
Each profile tracks how often it’s been viewed and shared. Useful for telling whether an event profile earned its setup, or which of two approaches gets more engagement. Admins see this across the team under profile activity in Insights.Lead capture on a profile
Whether a profile shows a capture form, and which fields it shows, comes from your lead capture form — unless your profile uses a template that defines its own fields, in which case those win.If you’ve edited your capture form and the change isn’t showing, you’re almost certainly on a template that defines capture fields. Ask your admin.
