A lead from a busy booth is often a name and a phone number. Enrichment looks the person up and fills in the rest: their work email, a direct phone number, their job title and seniority, and details about their company. Each lookup spends credits. A lookup that finds nothing costs nothing.

What enrichment finds

The person

Work email, direct phone numbers, job title, seniority, job function, and location. From their LinkedIn profile: experience, education, skills, and languages.

The company

Name, website, industry, size, headquarters, other offices, and logo.
Everything found shows on the lead’s page. Open Show enrichment details for the full profile. Phone numbers carry what’s known about them — Mobile, Landline, or VoIP, Owner confirmed when the number is verified as theirs, and a pickup rate where one is available.
Enrichment only fills empty fields. It never overwrites anything your team or the lead entered, including a value an earlier enrichment filled in.

Enriching leads

1

Select the leads

In Leads, select the leads you want, or press Enrich in a single lead’s Enrichment column.
2

Choose what to look up

Work email includes the work email and company details. Work email and phone adds a direct phone number and costs more. The cost per lead and your balance afterwards are shown before you confirm.
3

Watch the results arrive

It usually takes two to three minutes. You can close the window — the lookups keep going and the list updates when they finish.
Leads that are already enriched are skipped and not charged again. The price shown is a ceiling: you’re charged only for what’s found. To add a phone number later, open the lead and choose Enrich phone. If no number is found, your credits aren’t used.

The Enrichment column

Enriching new leads automatically

Your full-team admin can have new leads look themselves up as they arrive. Open Leads → ··· → Enrichment settings: Enrichment settings apply to the whole company, and only the full-team admin can change them.
Set a minimum score before switching on automatic enrichment. Without one, every lead captured at a busy event draws on the pool, including the ones you’d never call.

Credits

Credits are a company-wide pool, separate from transcription minutes. The balance sits beside the Leads title, with roughly how many more leads it covers.
  • Charged only for what’s found. A lookup that finds nothing, fails, or times out is not charged.
  • Running low. A banner warns you before the pool runs out, based on how fast your team is spending.
  • Out of credits. Automatic lookups wait instead of failing, and start again by themselves once credits are added.
  • Expiry. Some credits expire. The balance tells you when, and a banner warns you before they do. Unused credits don’t roll over.

Buying credits

Only the full-team admin sees Buy credits, in the ··· menu on Leads and wherever you run short. Each pack says what it buys and how long its credits last. Checkout opens in a new tab, your credits appear once the payment goes through, and any leads waiting for credits start by themselves. Members who run out see Notify admin instead, which lets the admin know.

Where enriched data goes

  • Your CRM. Enriched values are available in field mapping, so they can reach the CRM fields you choose.
  • The lead score. Seniority found by enrichment feeds the score when no buying role has been set.
  • Save as a contact. The saved contact card includes what enrichment found.
